➢ 中一自行分配學位申請表 (由教育局派發，內附有「教育局存根」、「學校存根」及「家長存
根」)
A completed application form for S1 Discretionary Place issued by the Education Bureau
(with an EDB’s Copy, a School’s Copy and a Parent’s Copy)
➢ 身份證明文件(香港身份證 / 出生證明書) 副本
Copies of identification documents (H.K. ID card / Birth certificate)
➢ 小五及小六成績表副本 Copies of P5 and P6 School Reports
➢ 任何可協助本校了解申請人各方面表現之文件、證書的副本 (如有)
Copies of documents or certificates which help our school to learn more about the applicant (if any)
➢ 如親自遞交，需遞交 2 個回郵信封 (回郵信封須寫上學生姓名、地址及貼上$2.2 郵票)
If applying in person, two self-addressed envelopes should be submitted. (Applicant’s name and address
should be written and a $2.2 stamp should be pasted on each envelope.)
面试安排
本校將於 2026 年 2 月 27 日或前寄出面試通知書給所有申請者，並於 2026 年 3 月 14 日進行面試。
结果公布
本校將於 2026 年 3 月 31 日透過書面及電話通知所有正取學生的家長其子女已獲學校納入其自行分配
學位正取學生名單。有關的通知安排不包括備取及落選學生。
